Product Selection

Its simple. We ask customers what they want! We talk to people and ask them what would make their life easier or more fun then we go and find it or build it. Take our AIR BAGGED TRAILERS for example. Our research told us that our lifestyle customers wanted a trailer that lays flat on the ground to make loading and unloading easy, so we designed and built it. The RAYELI AIR BAG SUSPENSION TRAILER is the ants pants in trailer convenience. It rides perfectly smoothly like a car with shock absorbers and airbag suspension. The suspension height is totally variable to suit a multitude of road conditions. At the touch of a button the real lays flat on the ground for loading/unloading then at a push of a button it raises itself up to ride height.

Product Testing

The manufacturer tests the majority of the products we purchase however often they test a sample, for example, every 10th item made. The Australian Rayeli team test every product in house before it leaves our Aussie warehouse to give our customers piece of mind. In many cases we run products to destruction to determine their maximum capability. That’s important because when we quote specification we ensure they are very conservative so your product will give you years of robust service.
